Upper airway resistance syndrome (UARS)

A condition that is not OSA but in which the upper airway size is considerably reduced during sleep, resulting in snoring, disturbed sleep, daytime sleepiness, cognitive impairment, un-refreshing sleep, and frequent arousals.
